1 (17.5 ounce) pouch sugar cookie mix
½ cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
⅓ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries, divided
⅓ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash red food coloring, or desired amount

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray the inside bottom of a jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix sugar cookie mix, butter, and egg together in a large bowl until a soft dough forms; press evenly into prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crust is light golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

1 pkg (16.5 oz.) 'pillsbury' refrigerated sugar cookies
2 pkg (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sugar
1 c strawberry topping from 11.75 oz. jar
2 large eggs
1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 to 6 red food coloring drops, if desired
fresh strawberries, if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Press cookie dough evenly into bottom only of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. (If dough is sticky, use floured fingers.)
  • 3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and 3/4 cup of the strawberry topping with electric mixer on medium-high speed about 1 minute or until well blended.
  • 4. Add eggs; beat about 2 minutes or until well blended and creamy. Spread evenly over crust in pan.
  • 5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
  • 6. Cool 1 hour. Center will sink slightly as it cools.
  • 7. In medium bowl, mix whipped topping, food color and remaining 1/4 cup strawberry topping.

1 bag(s) sugar cookie mix
1/2 c butter, softened
1 large egg
1 c white chips
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 c sliced strawberries
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/3 c water
cooking oil spray

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Spray bottom of 13x9 pan with cooking oil spray. Press evenly in bottom of pan.
  • 2. Bake at 350' for 15-20 minutes until light golden brown. Cool completly.
  • 3. In small microwavable bowl melt chips (about 60 seconds) Mix until smooth. In medium bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Stir in melted chips. Spread mixture over crust.
  • 4. Prepare topping: In small bowl crush one cup of the stawberries. In 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir in crushed strawberries and 1/3 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until mixture bowls and thickens. Stir constantly. Cool 10 minutes then stir in the remaining 3 cups of stawberries. Spoon topping over filling. CRUST
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 stick butter-room temp
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
FILLING
8 oz cream cheese-softened
1/4 c sugar
TOPPING
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 c water
3 Tbsp strawberry jello
3 c sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cookie crust ingredients, pat down into a 13X9 pan.Bake @ 350 for 20-25 min til golden. let cool.
  • 2. Mix filling ingredients, spread over cooled cookie crust.Place cut strawberries over the "cheesecake" layer.Place in fridge while you make the glaze
  • 3. In a med saucepan cook on med heat: sugar,cornstarch and water til thick and clear, whisking constantly. Add in the Jello,whisk and cook til mixed in and thick.Let cool for a minute.
  • 4. Top with the glaze. Refrigerate til set- 3 hours or overnight.
