Tips:
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Frozen strawberries can also be used, but they should be thawed and drained before using. - If you don't have a food processor, you can mash the strawberries with a fork or potato masher. - Be sure to grease and flour the cake pans before baking. This will help the cakes to come out of the pans easily. - Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cake tough. - Bake the cakes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Let the cakes cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting to set properly. - If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a spoon to spread the frosting on the cakes. - Garnish the cakes with fresh strawberries, lime slices, or mint leaves before serving. Conclusion:
