I found a fabulous sweet spicy nut recipe here on Food.com that used sugar. Since I'm a low-carb gal I altered that recipe slightly, replacing the sugar with Swerve, which is a granular Erythritol. You could also use the Truvia granular. I guess you could use Splenda granular but they would have a funny after-taste. Also feel free to use whatever nuts you love. This is just what I love.
