2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup unsweetened applesauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 10 inch bundt or tube pan.
  • In a saucepan combine raisins with water and cook until the water is absorbed, cool.

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup water (approximately)

Steps:
