  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or mascarpone cheese over the pizza crust. This will help to hold the fruit in place and prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Arrange the fruit slices on top of the cream cheese or mascarpone cheese. Be sure to leave a little space between each slice so that the fruit can caramelize in the oven.
  • Drizzle the fruit with honey or agave syrup. This will help to sweeten the fruit and give it a golden brown color.
  • Bake the pizza in a preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly and caramelized.
