CITRUS ICED TEA
This recipe was posted in response for Russian Tea using "real" ingredients. I have not tried this yet but it sounds lovely. It came from the Iced Tea book by Fred Thompson. Since Russian tea has cinnamon in it you could add a cinnamon stick to the infusing process.

Tips:
- Choose the right citrus fruits: Oranges, lemons, and grapefruits are all good choices for citrus iced tea. You can also use a combination of different citrus fruits.
- Use fresh citrus fruits: Fresh citrus fruits will give your tea the best flavor. If you can, try to use organic citrus fruits.
- Zest the citrus fruits: Zesting the citrus fruits will release their essential oils and give your tea a more intense flavor.
- Use filtered water: Filtered water will make your tea taste better. If you don't have filtered water, you can boil tap water for 1 minute to remove impurities.
- Steep the tea for at least 4 hours: The longer you steep the tea, the more flavor it will have. If you're short on time, you can steep the tea for as little as 30 minutes, but the flavor will be less intense.
- Sweeten the tea to taste: You can sweeten the tea with sugar, honey, or agave syrup. If you're using sugar, add it while the tea is still hot so that it dissolves completely.
- Serve the tea chilled: Citrus iced tea is best served chilled. You can chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, or you can serve it over ice.
