1 cup corn
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 lb uncooked ground beef, seasoned
4 slices bacon, cut in half

3/4 cup rice, uncooked
2 onions, chopped
3 potatoes, cubed
1 package onion soup mix
2 carrots, chopped into small pieces
1 1/2 cups corn
salt and pepper
1 jar of homemade canned tomato

Steps:

  • Spread beef on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with a bit of pepper and onion soup mix.

10 medium sliced potatoes
4 carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup cracker crumbs or 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup water
8 ounces raw ground beef
salt
fresh ground pepper

Steps:

1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 lb ground beef (may use deer or any very LEAN meat)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1 green pepper (chopped)

Steps:

  • Put potatoes in 9x13-inch cake pan.
