1 (14 ounce) can refried beans
½ (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
¼ head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
½ cup crushed tortilla chips
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix ranch-style beans and refried beans together in the bottom of a shallow casserole dish; season with taco seasoning mix and stir. Spread the bean mixture into an even layer.

3 tbsp taco seasoning, divided (less than one envelopes taco seasoning)
1/2 cup salsa
Can of refried veans
1/2 cup sour cream
Shredded cheese (we used cheddar - Mexican blend would work well, too)
Roma tomatoes
Green onion

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Brown ground beef over medium heat and drain excess grease
  • Add about ½ cup water, two tablespoons of taco seasoning, and salsa.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
2/3 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
1/4 cup sour cream
20 extra-large pitted ripe olives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F. Heat taco shells in oven as directed on box.
