TENDER BREADED TURKEY CUTLETS
I came up with this thinking of a different way to serve the turkey breast. The sour cream seals in the moisture and no one would ever guess that it's in there. A great new way to try turkey. This is my husband's new favorite turkey dish.

Tips:
- Choose the right cut of turkey: For this recipe, you'll want to use boneless, skinless turkey cutlets. They're thin and cook quickly, making them perfect for this dish.
- Tenderize the turkey: To make the turkey even more tender, you can pound it with a meat mallet before breading it. This will help to break down the fibers and make the meat more tender.
- Season the turkey well: Be sure to season the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices before breading them. This will help to give them flavor.
- Use a light touch when breading the turkey: Don't press the bread crumbs into the turkey too hard, or they'll fall off when you cook it. Just gently coat the turkey in the bread crumbs.
- Cook the turkey cutlets over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from burning. Cook the turkey cutlets until they're golden brown and cooked through.
Conclusion:
Turkey cutlets are a delicious and versatile dish that can be served with a variety of sides. They're perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal, or for a special occasion. With a little planning and preparation, you can make tender, breaded turkey cutlets that your whole family will love.
