Tips:
- Use a good quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the cake will taste. Look for a chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the cake tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the cake in a greased and floured pan. This will help the cake to rise evenly and prevent it from sticking to the pan.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help the frosting to set properly.
- Store the cake in an airtight container at room temperature. The cake will keep for up to 3 days.
