PINEAPPLE CHICKEN MARINADE

Pineapple Chicken Marinade image

This is the best marinade! It is super simple and lots of flavor. We usually let it set overnight. I have also used this for whole chickens, cornish game hens and pork. I have added a little fresh garlic for an added flavor. ENJOY!

Tips:

  • Choose the right pineapple: Choose a ripe pineapple with a sweet and juicy flavor. If you can't find a fresh pineapple, you can use canned pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple in juice.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes: This will help the chicken to absorb the flavors of the marinade and make it more tender.
  • Use a baking dish with a lid: This will help to keep the chicken moist and prevent it from drying out.
  • Bake the chicken thighs at a high temperature: This will help to caramelize the pineapple and brown the chicken skin.
  • Let the chicken thighs rest before serving: This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken and make it more tender.

Conclusion:

Baked Pineapple Chicken Thighs is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and flavorful, and the pineapple adds a sweet and tangy flavor. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
