1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups corn flakes (topping)
1/4 cup margarine, melted (topping)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, except the corn flakes and 1/4 cup margarine.

5 lbs potatoes, peeled
1/2 cup butter, room temp (1 stick)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream, room temp
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Boil potatoes until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Mash while hot.
