1/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place milk and half-and-half in a saucepan and heat to a simmer over medium heat.
