Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your pizza. Look for ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella cheese, and fragrant basil.
- Make your own pizza dough: It's not as hard as you might think! Plus, homemade dough will give you a much better crust than store-bought dough.
- Don't overcrowd the pizza: Too many toppings will make the pizza soggy. Stick to a few simple ingredients so that each one can shine through.
- Bake the pizza at a high temperature: This will help to create a crispy crust. If your oven doesn't have a pizza setting, use the highest temperature setting that it does have.
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing: This will help to prevent the cheese from running off the pizza.
