1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Coarse salt and ground pepper
16 small crackers
1/4 cup shredded cheddar

Steps:

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained, flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
48 whole wheat crackers (Ritz round crackers)
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, mayonnaise and celery until well blended.
  • Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon of the tuna mixture.
  • Sprinkle top with 1/2 teaspoon of cheese.
  • Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
