½ can (12 oz) Piña Colada frozen mixer concentrate
1 can (6 oz) pineapple juice
1 cups frozen mango
3 cups ice
lime slices and maraschino cherries (garnish)

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish a lime slice and cherry if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Ice
1 cup juice from Tropical Passion Mocktail, recipe follows
1 cup vodka, chilled
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur (recommended: Triple Sec)
Fresh mint, for garnish
2 cups white grape juice
2 cups apple juice
1 cup passion fruit juice
Ice
1 liter club soda, for serving

Steps:

  • To a large martini shaker filled with ice, add the Big Daddy's Tropical Passion Mocktail, vodka, lime juice and orange liqueur. Shake well to combine, about 30 seconds. Pour the cocktail into 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh mint and serve immediately.
  • To a large pitcher, add the juices and stir to combine. Pour the juice into 7 ice-filled glasses and top off with club soda.

2 Tbsp hot water
5 fresh mint leaves
Juice of ½ a lime
Juice of 1 blood orange
2½ oz Admiral Nelson's Coconut Rum
2 oz club soda

Steps:

  • Combine sugar and hot water in a glass and stir to dissolve sugar; set aside.
  • In a shaker, mash mint leaves with a spoon.
  • Add sugar/water mixture, lime and orange juices, rum and ice; shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice and top with club soda; stir gently.
