1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey, julienned
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion

Steps:

  • Unroll the pizza crust onto a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Prick dough several times with a fork; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. , Combine the mayonnaise and lemon zest; spread over crust. Sprinkle with Mexican cheese and basil. Top with turkey, bacon, tomatoes and Swiss cheese. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onion.

2 tablespoons cornmeal
2 pounds whole wheat pizza dough
1 jar (25 ounce) pizza sauce
2 cups shredded Italian Cheese blend (Mozzarella, Fontina, Romano & Parmigiano)
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 purple onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat oven to 400°. 2.Crumble and cook turkey in a medium non-stick skillet until turkey has reached a temperature of 165° as measured by a meat thermometer. 3.Sprinkle each pizza pan with 1 tablespoon of cornmeal. 4.On each pan, spread one pound of pizza dough. In order, top each pan with sauce, turkey, cheese, bell pepper and onion. 5.Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. 6.Cool 5 minutes before cutting. 7.Sprinkle with basil and serve. 6 unpeeled garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
Cornmeal
Pizza Dough
6 tablespoons purchased pesto
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated provolone cheese
1 cup 2 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips smoked turkey (about 4 ounces)
1 6 1/2-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, sliced
6 1/4-inch-thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese, each cut into quarters
1 plum tomato, seeded, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place garlic in small dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons oil over. Bake until garlic is very tender and golden brown, about 20 minutes. Remove garlic from oven and cool. Peel garlic cloves; chop. Set garlic aside. Increase oven temperature to 475°F.
