Time 5m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 c huckleberries or blueberries (can sub raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
1 c ripe peach slices
1 c milk, plain kefir, coconut milk or similar
1 c vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt + 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste or extract)
1/4 c honey or agave, to taste
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
4 cinnamon sticks, to garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Add all the ingredients except for the cinnamon sticks to a blender. BLEND until smooth. Taste and correct if necessary. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick if desired.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe and flavorful fruits: This will ensure that your frosty is packed with flavor. If your fruits are too tart or bland, your frosty will be as well.
  • Freeze your fruits ahead of time: This will help them blend more easily and create a smoother frosty. You can freeze your fruits whole or cut them into pieces.
  • Use a high-powered blender: This will help you achieve a smooth and creamy frosty. If you don't have a high-powered blender, you can use a regular blender, but you may need to blend your frosty for longer.
  • Add yogurt or milk for a creamier frosty: If you want a creamier frosty, you can add some yogurt or milk to the blender. This will also help to thicken the frosty.
  • Sweeten your frosty to taste: If you find that your frosty is too tart, you can add some sugar or honey to taste. You can also use a flavored yogurt or milk to add sweetness.

Conclusion:

Two-fruit Frosties are a delicious and refreshing treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are easy to make and can be customized to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a cool and refreshing treat, give a Two-Fruit Frosty a try!
