VANILLA CHAI MERINGUE COOKIES

Vanilla Chai Meringue Cookies image

I love the taste of vanilla chai tea so much that I make my own dry tea mix at home, as well as chai-flavored coffee creamer. This was just one more way to enjoy the wonderful flavor of chai tea, in an airy light, spicy cookie!

Tips:

  • Use freshly ground spices for the best flavor. You can make your own chai spice blend by combining cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg.
  • If you don't have any vanilla beans, you can use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. You can also use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar.
  • For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of water.
  • Don't boil the chai. This will make it bitter.
  • Serve the chai immediately, or store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Vanilla chai is a delicious and comforting drink that can be enjoyed all year round. It's perfect for a morning pick-me-up, an afternoon snack, or a relaxing evening treat. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make your own vanilla chai mix at home and enjoy it whenever you like.
