1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole milk
3 large egg yolks

Tips:

  • Choose ripe, high-quality fruit for the best flavor.
  • If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use paper cups or dixie cups.
  • To make sure the popsicles freeze evenly, place them in a single layer in the freezer.
  • Don't overfill the molds, or the popsicles will be too hard to get out.
  • If you are using fresh fruit, be sure to wash and dry it thoroughly before using.
  • For a fun twist, try adding different flavorings or toppings to your popsicles, such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts.
