Tips for Making Vegan Almond Flour Sugar Cookies:

  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough will make it easier to handle and will help the cookies hold their shape while baking.
  • Use a cookie scoop: A cookie scoop will help you create uniform cookies and prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.
  • Roll the cookies in powdered sugar before baking: This will give the cookies a classic sugar cookie look and will help them stay soft.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are just beginning to brown: Overbaking will make the cookies dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before frosting: This will help the frosting set properly.

Conclusion:

These vegan almond flour sugar cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free, so they can be enjoyed by people with dietary restrictions. The cookies are also soft, chewy, and have a slightly sweet almond flavor.
