1 can (14 oz/398 mL) sweetened condensed milk (about 1 1/3 cups/325 mL)
3 oz (90 g) white chocolate, melted (see Notes)
1 tsp (5 mL) packed grated lime zest
¾ cup (175 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
1 8-inch (20 cm) store-bought graham cracker pie shell
1 cup (250 mL) whipping (35%) cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) confectioners sugar (icing sugar)

Pinch salt
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
8 ounces good quality white chocolate, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and press into a 9 by 13 baking dish lined with aluminum foil that extends 2 inches beyond the short end of the pan. Bake for 8 to10 minutes, remove from oven. Then reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F.

4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
