WEIGHT WATCHERS MINI CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I really wanted chocolate chip cookies but didn't want to sacrifice my points count for the day. This is a nice recipe that I took from the Weight Watchers website. Be careful however, these cookies are so good and tasty that you will forget the 2 cookie rule. Baking time was suggested at 4 - 6 minutes, however, mine took slightly longer.

LOWER FAT DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (WW)
I needed to make some cookies that wouldn't interfere with my trying to cut back on my fat intake. A friend passed on this recipe which she said was from Weight Watchers. If you make 40 cookies, it is 1 point each (I'm not sure what the Points Plus Value is). And yes, they are small cookies, but very fudgy and delicious!

Tips:
- Use a cookie scoop to ensure uniform cookie sizes and even baking.
- Chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent spreading.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent the cookies from sticking.
- Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. Overbaking will result in dry, crumbly cookies.
- Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack. This will help them to firm up and prevent breakage.
