1 cup sliced apple
1 peeled & cubed mango
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine the apples, Mango slices, 1/2 cup sugar and water in a sauce pan and mix well. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 7-8 minute.
  • Put the butter in 8X8 square baking dish.Place it in the oven until it melts.
  • Mix flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar,baking powder and milk. Mix well.

1/2 cup half-and-half cream

1/4 c. whiskey
1/4 c. spiced rum
2 Tbsp. organic, medium amber maple syrup
1 c. organic brown sugar
1/2 c. organic unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 pre-made pie crust (such as Pillsbury)
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. organic turbinado sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Take pre-made pie crust out of refrigerator to bring to room temperature. 2. Preheat oven to 420 degrees. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together cider, whiskey, rum and maple syrup. Add brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice. Whisk until sooth. 4. Cut, core, peel slice apples. Add to cider mixture. Mix together until apples are thoroughly coated. 5.
