8 ounces zoo animal shaped pasta
8 ounces frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/4 cup light Caesar dressing or light ranch dressing
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat.
  • Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove pasta from heat and drain carefully in colander. Return pasta to pot. 1 cup animal crackers
1 cup fish-shaped rainbow crackers
1 cup fish-shaped pretzel crackers
1 cup teddy bear-shaped graham crackers
1/2 cup bunny-shaped Cheddar-flavored crackers
1/2 cup diced dried apricots

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the butter to a small pot and place over medium heat. Melt the butter and cook until the milk solids start to turn golden brown and release a toasty and nutty aroma, 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
