I'm a big fan of blue cornmeal, so I was excited to try these griddle cakes. I wasn't disappointed! They were light and fluffy, with a slightly sweet and nutty flavor. I'll definitely be making these again.

I thought these griddle cakes were just okay. They were a little too dense for my taste, and I didn't really care for the flavor of the blue cornmeal.

Not bad! I liked the texture of these griddle cakes, but I found the flavor to be a bit bland. I think I'll try adding some spices or herbs next time.

These griddle cakes were a little too dry for my taste, but they had a good flavor. I think I would add a little more milk or butter next time.
