Steps:
- 1. Combine Bisquick, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add rinsed,sauerkraut, drained and patted a little dry with a paper towel; add milk. Mix well. Roll out as for pie crust on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut small round disks with a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400^ for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
