This dressing is a great way to add some extra flavor to your cucumber salad. It's also a great way to use up extra cucumbers from the garden.

I tried this dressing with both fresh and pickled cucumbers, and I preferred it with the fresh cucumbers. The pickled cucumbers were a bit too sour for my taste.

This salad dressing is a refreshing twist on a classic cucumber salad. The borage flowers add a beautiful blue color and a delicate cucumber flavor.
