Braised Peas With Spring Onions and Lettuce image

Takes only a few minutes to make, tastes like from a five star French kitchen. Don't be put off by the lettuce bit. It is unbelieavably good. You will want this at least once a month if you try it. From Jamie Oliver.

I'm not a big fan of peas, but this recipe was actually pretty good. I would definitely make it again.

I thought this was just okay. The peas were a bit mushy and the sauce was too thin.

This was a nice side dish, but nothing special. The peas were a bit overcooked and the sauce was bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
