Bread Machine Dinner Rolls image

Although this is a bread machine, I have made these successfully on my stand mixer using a few amount adjustments --- here is the original bread machine recipe for you to enjoy! It states to select the sweet cycle for this! To bring the egg to room temperature faster place the egg in a cup of warm water for about 3-5 minutes. Prep time is rising time, it does not include the machine kneading time --- for pan greasing see my recipe#78579

I followed the recipe exactly and my rolls turned out terrible. They were hard and dry. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These rolls were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I might have added too much flour. However, they still tasted good and my family enjoyed them.

I wasn't sure how these rolls would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised! They were so light and airy. I will definitely be making these again.

I've tried this recipe multiple times and it always turns out great! The rolls are soft, fluffy, and have a slightly crispy crust. They're perfect for sandwiches, sliders, or just eating on their own. I highly recommend this recipe.
