My mother started making this with the chicken, I enjoyed the broccoli part the most so I dropped he chicken, and used chopped broccoli to flii the baking dish easier! I ave seen this recipe minus the curry powder in The Judds cook book & used by Pauls Dean. I love the flavor the curry adds but you can try it either way you like....

Steps:
- 1. Pre-Heat over to 350 Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray
- 2. In large bowl mix all ing. except butter & bread crumbs, pour into prepared baking dish.
- 3. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs & top casserole. Can top with extra cheddar cheese if you want.
- 4. Bake for 35-45 min or until set
- 5. We also do a slightly diff. version of this, we lay broccoli spears in the bottom of the pan, mix all the other ing. lay 1/2 the mixture on top of the broccoli, then lay bonless chicken breast on top, add the rest of the mayo mixture then top with extra cheese & bread crumbs and bake until chicken is done.
