Broccoli Ham Roll-Ups image

My mother made these flavorful rolls for me when I came home from the hospital with each of my tow children. They can be frozen before baking and pulled out of the freezer for a quick meal or a handy potluck dish. -Susan Simmons Norwalk, Iowa

I love that these roll-ups can be made ahead of time. I can make them in the morning and then just pop them in the oven when I'm ready to eat.

These are a great way to use up leftover ham. I always have some leftover after a holiday meal, and this is a great way to use it up.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my roll-ups turned out really dry. Maybe I overcooked them?

I'm not a huge fan of broccoli, but these roll-ups were surprisingly good. The ham and cheese really helped to balance out the flavor.

Meh. I thought these were just okay. The flavor was a bit bland and the texture was kind of mushy.
