Steps:
- 1. Put the rum, crème de cacao ,crème de menthe, and ice cream in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on low speed until smooth and well mixed. Pour drink into a champagne flute. Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve at once. Serves 1 The Golden Book of Chocolate
