I'm not a big fan of peanut butter, but these cookies were surprisingly good. The cookies were soft and chewy, and the peanut butter filling was creamy and not too sweet.

These cookies were a complete disaster! The dough was too sticky and the cookies fell apart when I tried to roll them. The peanut butter filling was also too runny.

The cookies were a bit dry, but the peanut butter filling was delicious. I would recommend adding a little more butter to the cookie dough.
