Buttermilk Ranch Dressing image

This is my own creation of a buttermilk ranch dressing that I have tweaked after finding that most buttermilk ranch dressing recipes lacked the spicy element I expected them to have. This creamy buttermilk dressing is so versatile that it can be used on salads and veggies and in recipes that need an extra kick of flavor. It also tastes great in pasta salads.

This dressing is a little too tangy for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little bit of sugar next time.

This dressing is just okay. It's not bad, but it's not amazing either. I'll probably use it up, but I won't be making it again.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dressing turned out really thick and clumpy. I had to add a lot of milk to thin it out.

This dressing is a bit thinner than I expected, but it's still very good. I think it would be great as a marinade for chicken or fish.

I was a little hesitant to try this dressing because I'm not a big fan of buttermilk. But I'm so glad I did! The buttermilk flavor is very subtle, and it really adds a nice depth of flavor to the dressing.

This dressing is the perfect balance of tangy and creamy. It's not too heavy, so it doesn't weigh down your salad. I also love the subtle flavor of dill.
