Rich butterscotch and crunchy chow mien noodles are all this recipe takes for instant gratification!

1 can(s) 5-oz chow mein noodles
1 pkg 11-oz butterscotch chips, nestle if possible

Steps:

  • 1. Melt the butterscotch chips in the microwave or double boiler according to package directions. Stir in chow mein noodles. Drop by the spoonful onto wax paper lined sheets to set. Enjoy!
  • 2. This recipe doubles very easily. Just use 2 bags of butterscotch chips and a 12 oz. bag of the noodles
