Cajun Brownies Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup pecan, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box powder sugar

Steps:

  • Mix cake mix, pecans, butter and 1 egg by hand. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Put aside. Mix cream cheese, powder sugar, 2 eggs with mixer. Spread over first mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and cut into bars.
