Cajun Jambalaya image

Recipe courtesy of Emeril Lagasse Show I suggest omitting the rice and making a batch of rice seperate. Then serving the Jambalaya over a bed of rice. I'm still working on this one. Made this awhile back and it was GOOD !

This jambalaya was a bit bland for my taste. I had to add some extra Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper to give it some kick. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

Just made this for dinner and it was delicious! I made a few changes, like using brown rice instead of white and adding some chopped green bell pepper. The flavor was fantastic and it was super easy to make. Definitely a new favorite recipe!

This jambalaya is a keeper! It's easy to make and packed with flavor. I subbed shrimp for the chicken and added a cup of chopped okra. Served over rice, it was a hit with the whole family.
