CAJUN SHRIMP SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb medium cooked shrimp (can be cooked without any spices or with cajun boil. (Cut in pieces and make sure you drain good)
1 bunch of green onions chopped finely
1 medium purple onion chopped finely
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar or splenda
1 tab red pepper
1 tab cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic
1 loaf of Hawaiian Bread
Mix all ingredients together and serve on bread.

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together after cooking shrimp. Serve on Hawaiian bread and keep salad refrigerated.
