Cajun Shrimp & Sausage Hobo Pouches image

My family just loves these. I do make a couple extra for my husband with just sausage since he doesn't eat shrimp. They go pretty fast!

This dish was okay. The shrimp and sausage were a bit overcooked, and the sauce was a little bland. I think I would have liked it more if I had used more spices.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. The shrimp and sausage were cooked well, and the sauce had a nice flavor. I would make it again, but I would use less cayenne pepper next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great! The hobo pouches were easy to assemble, and they cooked evenly on the grill. The shrimp and sausage were juicy and flavorful, and the vegetables were tender and crisp.
