Calamondin No Bake Pie (Golden Lime) image

A calamondin is a cross between a kumquat and a lime. The tree produces small orange fruit with a strong lime citrus flavor.

2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1 can(s) (8oz) condensed milk
1/2 c fresh calamondin juice or lime juice
1 pkg 8 oz cool whip
1 9" graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
  • 2. Stir in line juice and then fold in Cool Whip.
  • 3. Pour into crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
