California Club Turkey Sandwich image

Not your typical turkey sandwich! With avocado, cream cheese, and sunflower seeds on toasted wheat bread, your turkey sandwich won't know what hit it! Serve with chips or a pickle. Great summer sandwich!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tablespoon cream cheese, or to taste
2 slices toasted whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
3 slices avocado
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
3 slices smoked turkey, or to taste

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese on one piece of toast. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the cream cheese and place avocado slices over the seeds.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the other piece of toast. Arrange turkey slices over the mayonnaise. Put turkey side of sandwich together with the avocado side of the sandwich.
