Steps:
- 1. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil together with a fork. Press lightly into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Then melt margarine, chocolate chips and milk together. Pour over cake mixture in the pan. Bake 20- 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into small squares.
