This recipe was given to me by a coworker. It is a wonderful meal. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have. Its also cooked in a crockpot so how easy can it get.

Steps:
- 1. Brown pork strips in oil and place in crockpot. For a shortcut just place in crockpot.
- 2. Add all remaining ingredients in crockpot. cook on high for four hours or 6-8 hours on low. Serve over hot rice
