Carambola juice image

My neighbour has a star fruit tree so I get given some every year. Carambolas have a very refreshing taste and make great juice.

Not a fan. I found the carambola juice to be too tart for my taste, even though I used ripe fruit. I added a lot of sugar to sweeten it up, but it still wasn't very good. Not sure if I would try this again.

Easy and refreshing! I used ripe carambola, and the juice was a beautiful golden color. I added a bit of honey to sweeten it up, and it was a hit with my family. Great for a hot summer day!

This carambola juice is the perfect balance of sweet and tart! I used slightly unripe carambola, and the juice had a lovely green hue. I added a little extra lime juice to taste, and it was fantastic. Will definitely make this again!
