Number Of Ingredients 19

1.33 lb ground turkey meat or half turkey half bison.
1/2 cup minced pinapple
1/4 cup cupminced roasted bell pepper
1/4 cup carmelized minced purple onion
1/2 tsp sage (or thyme if you don't have sage)
1/2 tsp curry
1/2 tsp honduran allspice
sea salt
pepper
1-2 habeneros seeded and finely minced
2 cups crushed kix cereal
1-2 eggs beaten
optional SAUCE:
coconut milk
turkey stolk
flour :arrowroot or tapioca, cornstarch, or peach palm
lemon grass
tomato paste
sea salt and pepper

Steps:

  • combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl knead with hands till thoughly mixed. form into mini or regular sized balls. put meatballs in sauce boiling in a sauce pan. or slowly cook in a crock pot. you can bake or fry meat balls and make the sauce separely too if you want.
