Steps:
- 1- Freir tocino en corqyes pequenos y sacarlos de la cazuela. Sacar el exceso de grasa tambien. 2- Freir cuadros de carne en la grasa de tocino y dejar que se cosa. Agregar knor suiza y pimienta molida. 3- En cuanto la carne suelte su jugo, agregar el jugo de 1 limons. 4-hervir tomatillos verdes conlos chiles verdes y licuar con el ramo del cilantro. 5- Agregar la salsa que se ha molido usando una coladera. 6- Agregar cebolla picada al plato servido y jugo de limon al gusto. 7- Hacer guacamole y untar en tortillas.
