- Add SUGAR to BOILING WATER. stir until completely dissolved.
- Combine SUGAR WATER with LEMON RIND, LEMON JUICE, and the COLD WATER, mixing well.
- Chill for 8 hours
- Serve over ice, Garnish with Lemon Slices
- ENJOY!
