Steps:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the carrots for 2 minutes. Add the walnuts and the salt and spices and sauté for a further two minutes. Let it cool down a bit. Stir the garlic through the yogurt and add the carrot-walnut mixture and the parsley. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for two hours. Serve with any kind of grilled meat.
