This salad is a great way to use up leftover cauliflower. I always have some on hand, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use it in.

I'm not a big fan of cauliflower, but this salad is a great way to eat it. The dressing is so flavorful and the orange and fennel really brighten up the cauliflower.

This salad is a refreshing and healthy way to enjoy cauliflower. The orange and fennel add a nice citrusy flavor, and the pine nuts give it a bit of crunch.
